Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Last Balloon, we take pride in delivering your custom gifts and balloon arrangements safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Delivery Areas & Times

We offer local delivery within Beirut and surrounding areas only.

  • Delivery Days: We deliver [Monday – Saturday / 7 days a week].

  • Delivery Windows: During checkout, you may select a preferred delivery window. While we strive to meet these requests, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Processing & Handling Time

Because our products are custom-made:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 day. 

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a notification via [Email/WhatsApp] once your order is out for delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: Delivery is charged at a flat rate of 5$ per order.

  • Distance-Based: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders over 75$.

4. Delivery Requirements & Issues

  • Recipient Availability: For balloon deliveries, the recipient or a designated person must be available to receive the order.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.

  • Weather & Traffic: In the event of severe weather or extreme traffic conditions, we may contact you to reschedule your delivery for the safety of our drivers and the quality of your balloons.
