Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products (balloons and gift items), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.

  • Return Window: If an item is eligible for return (see "Damaged Items"), it must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: In cases where a return is authorized, we provide free return shipping.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund only if you contact us on the same day the order was placed and before preparation has begun.

  • Once our team has started preparing your custom balloons or gift items, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in our craft, but if your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Email hictra@gmail.com or WhatsApp +961 3 311 919 with your order number and clear photographs of the item.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Please note we do not offer cash refunds for these instances. Do not dispose of the item until we have reviewed your case.

4. Delivery Issues & Late Arrivals

  • Address Errors: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or recipient unavailability, the order is considered fulfilled. No refund or reshipment will be issued.

  • Delays: While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather may cause delays. Late delivery does not qualify for a refund or discount.
